I am a PhD candidate in the Climate and Space Sciences and Engineering department at the University of Michigan researching the representation of the stratospheric climate in atmospheric models. I am a member of the Atmospheric Dynamics Modeling Group. My faculty advisors are Christiane Jablonowski and Mark Flanner.

I have a bachelor’s degree in physics from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN. I conducted undergraduate research at the University of Michigan as part of the Program in Climate and Space Science Observation (PICASSO).

I am an avid trumpet player, having performed in the U.S. and abroad as a member of various ensembles. I also enjoy gardening, hiking, and cycling.
